Our office is state-of-the-art, but the technology is not always obvious. Our primary focus is quality care,  the technology we use is a tool to help us achieve that goal. Our office has computers networked that our scheduling, financial and treatment coordinators can seamlessly communicate electronically, making your experience with us outstanding. Click here for a virtual tour of our office. When you first arrive at the office, you’ll be greeted by one of our Scheduling coordinators. She will show you how to sign in for your visit, letting everyone in the office know you’re here. The sign in will confirm your name, the time you arrived and the time of your appointment. After your first visit, your picture will come up each time you sign in!

While you wait, feel free to enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee or tea and relax with a magazine or the daily paper. For the children, we have an Xbox and Nintendo Game Cube station and Nintendo Gameboys as well as coloring books and child friendly magazines.

If you weren’t able to brush before arriving for your appointment, don't worry. We have a tooth brushing station outfitted with toothbrushes that have the toothpaste built right in.

One of our Treatment Coordinators will start by giving you a tour of the office.

Once you have started treatment, we offer both a private clinical chair for adults or parents who would like to be with their children during their appointments, as well as our full clinic. You'll notice that each chair has its own computer terminal. The office is virtually paperless, as Dr. Moin and our Orthodontic Assistants have access to your entire treatment chart, photographs, X-rays and models on their computers. Our office also houses its own lab, where we make all our appliances. Having an in-house lab, rather than having to use an outside lab company, allows us a quick turnaround for any appliance adjustments or repairs.

During your visit, we will also take a series of digital photographs and a panoramic digital x-ray. Our digital x-ray machine uses 60% less radiation than a standard machine and allows Dr. Moin to review the images during your consultation.



Dr. Moin also conducts a complete orthodontic clinical exam. Using the findings of his exam and the digital photographs and x-ray, Dr. Moin will discuss your bite and dental development. He will also review the benefits of any necessary treatment with you. For some children, orthodontic treatment is indicated by would be better accomplished after further growth and development. If this is the case, your child would be reevaluated every six to twelve months at no extra charge until the timing is ideal to begin orthodontic care. Our office feels that finances should never be an obstacle to treatment. Our goal is to work with you to provide a variety of financial options for you to choose from.
